What did we do?

To create our first promotional video for the launch of Delta Summit we felt we really needed to push the boat out. Our creative individuals put 110% effort into really capturing the feel of the event. There were many different aspects to making this a standout video; finding the right video clips fitting the Delta Summit and creating a dramatic introduction, sourcing the right voice over fitting with the video and making sure the background music is complementary and fit with the timing of the video.

One main aspect of the video was to showcase the event from last year and provide event attendees with an insight as to what they can expect this year. This was a more challenging job as the footage from last year wasn’t ours, so we couldn’t decide if the quality was good enough however we managed to work around this and handpicked the best footage. We were also asked to show some of the companies who would be present at the event so we decided to show a quick glimpse of these, fitting with the background music.

It’s so important to promote future events, as Delta Summit 2018 was a good vibe but 2019 is expected to be so much better and this is something that Creative Individuals wanted to show throughout the video.

Result

Delta Summit couldn’t praise our creative individuals enough for creating their first promotional video leading up to their event on 2nd to 4th October in Malta. The first time the promotional video was shown was at Malta’s AI workshop in front of hundreds of guests including some of Malta’s most influential people and it went down very well! Video content always generates great results

Challenge

Creative Individuals was challenged with creating promotional videos for one of Malta’s top Blockchain and Digital Innovation networking events, Delta Summit. Delta asked Creative Individuals to create promotional content in the lead up to their event taking place in October 2019 and we’ve accepted the challenge. Turning a challenge into strategy is the most important thing.

Strategy

Creative Individuals decided on a plan of action to create the best possible promotional material for Delta Summit. The best form of promotional material is video content so we’ve decided to create a number of videos along with video animations leading up to the event. With one under our belt, which received an excellent response, we’re ready to produce more to really build hype around the event.
